Alex is a Therapist and Speaker who supports Individuals and Organisations on their journey of living with ADHD. Many people only realise as adults that they have ADHD and why navigating life has been so different for them (Hello, it's me!).
I have worked with him twice now and every time it's great fun and a lot of energy! This was our first photoshoot together in London.
We took these photos around the Barbican Centre and inside The Barbican Kitchen. (My motto is, if you order something while you're shooting - discreetly - it's acceptable)
