This photoshoot was so special. I had been following Justyn and his story online for a while. Justyn was scarred by hot water when he was a child. Since then, he has avoided going near body of waters. As an adult he decided that he wanted to take swimming lessons and come back to the place that scared him. When he asked me to witness his return to the water, I was so moved. I know this meant a lot to him and it was a big honour and privilege to get to take these images for him.
